Message Synchronisation Bug in Nokia PC Suite ---- a Special Case

Hi guys, today Iam gonna post about a special case study about the Message Synchronisation Bug in Nokia PC Suite...

Well today we are gonna discuss a specail case study..
I too actually don't know the reason exactly to this problem but I can give you a practical well suggestible solution to this..
Sometimes, some old mobiles bring out a special case of synchronisation/ backup/ communication center problems where nowhere msgs are not shown up/ refreshed.

The only solution to this bug is to change the message settings in the phone itself i.e. change the no. of saved messages i.e. decrease the number in them ( i put the default value i..e 20)....

Hope this helps u in some spl cases....

Nokia Communication Center ( Messages) bug in Nokia PC Suite

hey guys, this time let us discuss about Nokia Communication Center bug in Nokia PC Suite..
Well, this is a very common bug in almost all versions of PC Suite...
Sometimes we occur a problem through the data cable or through the Suite itself making the messages in the Communication Center not refreshed or not shown entirely or not backed-up.

1.The 1st and foremost top solution to all of them is to reconnect the mobile and the pc either the mediun use (bluetooth/ data cable/infrared)..
Restart ur pc and ur mobile both after disconnecting them whatever the media u use...
But I know that you have already tried along with it since you have come this far searching this thing online... So lets go further step...

2 Disconnect ur Mobile from pc and get ur Mobile into ur hand and now goto Menu--> settings--> Application Manager and now you can scroll down to see "sms sync" and "pc suite sync"..
Just uninstall/ remove  them from ur mobile

3Reinstall them both ( better restart ur mobile before re-installing them)...The re-installation goes like this..
Connect ur pc and mobile ( Dont think iam crazy... ur mobile and pc suite connects to each other and recognizes each other even after uninstalling pcsuite sync from mobile.. because it is still installed in the pc)...

Now open ur PC Suite in the pc (im talking about pc here and not mobile) and  just goto settings and goto add more phones and do the rest easy n simple process designed to u by Nokia...

Thus the problem is solved... Simple.......

Didnt come through..... Is it still not working, then this is really a techie problem and this makes u dis-comfortable since now you have to go through the regedit in ur pc...  :P

4. Please goto step 2 before going to the step 4...    and do not goto step 3....

Firstly, uninstall the Nokia PC Suite, Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver, PC Connectivity Solution from Add or Remove Programs in the pc...
Then uninstall all the other left keys, folders, settings and else using Nokia PC Suite Cleaner available from
Nokia website itself, its free....

Now goto c:\ drive or whereever windows is installed and search for"nokia" and delete all the files regarding the same execpt ur newly downloaded setups.
Now do the same by searching PC Suite, Connectivity cable driver, PC Connectivity Solution in the c:\ drive.
5.Now goto  start-->run-->"regedit". Find now (Ctril+F) "nokia" and delete all the keys and folders u got selected while searching...
Now do the same by searching PC Suite, Connectivity cable driver, PC Connectivity Solution in the regedit.
Mean While if at all there are any keys or files that are undeleteable, then plz restart ur system and delete them up to the possible extent.
Now that u have made ur system Nokia PC Suite is an entirely a new software to ur windows....
This time u can reinstall the PC Suite and enjoy all the options working well... have a nice time u guys.

6. Now install the PC Suite again in ur phone as said in the step 3.

Thank you guys for reading my posts and giving me a warm welcome into this blog world...

Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver Bug in Nokia PC Suite

In almost all of the new versions from 6.1.0 to 7.1.40 Nokia PC Suite there's a bug with  the Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver .

Unable to connect ur Nokia Phone to your Nokia PC Suite, then this post is for u only....

So, here's the solution how to get rid of it...

Most of the cases are solved by restarting and else as explained here in the previous post..

So, u better come here if you don't get rid of the problem even then...

This time I shall give u info abt how to solve the connection manager bug...

Firstly, uninstall the Nokia PC Suite, Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver, PC Connectivity Solution from Add or Remove Programs.
Then uninstall all the other left keys, folders, settings and else using Nokia PC Suite Cleaner available from Nokia website itself, its free....

Now goto c:\ drive or whereever windows is installed and search for"nokia" and delete all the files regarding the same execpt ur newly downloaded setups.

Now that u have made ur system Nokia PC Suite is an entirely a new software to ur windows....
This time u can reinstall the PC Suite and enjoy all the options working well... have a nice time u guys.

Problems with Nokia PC Suite

Common u guys this time lets discuss abt very common feature of Nokia PC Suite, bt ofcourse its not a common feature instead its a common bug or problem with our Nokia PC Suite, as almost all of our Nokia PC Suite damn serious users are really acquainted with it and got hectic...

Here I am providing solutions to nearly some of them....

Automatic Connection Bug/Problem with ur PC :

1. The first and foremost thing to do  is to restart the system because many times geeks / tech ji's guys like you would go to the taskmanager very frequently and end several process from there, so most probably a service name called "servicelayer.exe" would have been ended... chk it, another solution to this without restarting is to goto run and type "services.msc" and press enter, search for "servicelayer.exe" and restart the service..
Here, that wouldnt be sufficient in most of the cases as I have done till today...
2. U didn't get rid of the problem after restarting ? Goto start-->run-->"msconfig" and press enter...
Goto the services tab and check in the box "servicelayer.exe" and restart your system after that...

3. After restarting, open Nokia PC Suite and plz wait there.., it'll automaticall detect ur phone, else goto settings --> add more phones and plz do the rest of process....

Google Chrome 3.0 beta version

I think we all know that we can post some comments or questions or report bugs on the google forums !!

Hey guys this time I'm gonna post with the google chrome 3.0 version

How does it look like ? gud ? awesome ? many liked it.

but it's not as good as it says...
because it is still facing some probs like when u upload some content on the web thru attaching file/uploading option  like in gmail or somewhere else, when u keep on swithcing the tabs.
For example, open the gmail older version and keep uploading window open to select some files to upload and swtich over the tabs and keep working or editing something else on somewhere else like in yahoo answers, then the browser will automatically shut/ crash on.
what's this ? jst think on it. It's a bug that Google is about to overcome in next few updates or upgrades to it's browser. I found someone even informed in the google chrome forum.
Like wise if at all u keep on doing on it and if found some bugs plz inform me, and let us post in the google chrome forum to get updates in the latest favourite browser.
keep going.... :)

Task Manager Disabled by Administrator

Hey u guys hv u come over thru some task manager disabled by administrator problems ?

So wassup u r gonna do ? hurry yup, get nerved, search internet and download a lot of crap what everybody say ?
No, never do that. If this is the case with me, firstly I would
open the "restore window" to restore my pc--- but how's it ?
here's it..
if at all u remember the date from when u r having this problem, then it becomes easy..
jst goto start-->run-->restore-->rstrui.exe-- point out the date to restore when ur system is alright to restore and click restore.
but hv a caution here that all the exe, bat, config files and settings that u hv changed or downloaded or installed in ur pc will vanish definitely.
but even if u r ready to go thru that, then it's all, u can.
but this is not the case with u --- !! Then what r u gonna do ?
jst download this flash disinfector and double click it.
This flash disinfector can delete the running spam/worm in ur pc ( but not delete that from ur pc permanently)
The windows folders(Explorer.exe) is going to disappear for jst a moment and appear, ok -- I don't think that u panic at this point.
U should get it now, try opening task manager by ctrl+clt+del or ctrl+shift+esc
But u didn't get it, it means ur facing some virus or other spam or worm which is still affecting ur sys because our flash disinfector might not have the latest tweak for that spam/worm/virus.

Then what to do? let's get up with the 3rd chance, download this one and jst double click it to get started taskmanagerfix.exe

Now, it's 4th chance, u hv to change the setting in gpedit.exe to enable the taskmanager.
this is how to do it.
start-->run-->gpedit.msc-->local computer policy-->user configuration-->administrative templates-->system.
now goto right side pane
ctrl+alt+del options-->double click on remove task manager and give the option either disabled or not configured. ------->This would get up with u..
Not even,
then goto 5th step---> download this regkey -- > taskmanager fix.reg jst double click this and it get's entered into the registry.
This will do.
No, not even oh.. yeah!! u r really making it a lot of hectic, and feeling like I'm making u go thru all the steps each and everything isn't it ? Now, stopping this is the right time that u hv to switch to an antivirus, antispam/antispyware, antiworm or something like that or take ur system to the nearest pc tech like me.
The further options are not intended to explain on net because the pc starters would really get confused and mess up with it-- so, not willing to give them here..
But don't give up, there are a lot of other options even isn't it ? Take ur pc to the neares tech like me ( :haha jst kidding...) and get solved -->

but I'm sure that I could solve them if u bring them since I hv experienced a lot of viruses/worms regarding a lot of situations and particularly like these kitty small problems.

K then, chk up with it.

Problems on laptop internet connection?

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AmTDVbox3vYaOIoB62ADWuAk5XNG;_ylv=3?qid=20090810090943AAIUgMN

Question:

I have a Gateway laptop using windows vista. I have a home computer and my laptop gets internet connection from a router connected to my home computer. Even though my laptop says I am connected to the internet, when I try to pull a website up, it does not work. My home computer is working just fine, though. I also clicked on Diagnose Why Windows Is Not Working and it couldn't find a problem. If anyone knows how to fix this, please help.

Additional Details

I don't have wifi. It connected through cable. (router)

Answer:

Do u exactly remember when did it stop working ? If at all, then goto start--->run--->restore---> rstrui.exe--->restore my computer to and earlier date --> choose a date and click restore.. it'll do it.. which is the best and foremost option. Even though u don't get it ???? There might be a large no. of chances that would cause this A few of them are

1. Check the connection at both the lappy with cable and also router with cable Due to loose connection ur computer might get into the limited or no connectivity signal and u might not recognize it due to some settings u have given it, so check them.

2.Go to the network connections and go to the properties of it and in this window now select "show notification icon ...." and "notify when my.... "

3.check up if at all u r getting any packets (sent/receive data) when u tried to open a website.

4.check ur proxy settings in the browser.

5.clear all the cookies, history, cache, saved form data and anything else if it is...

6. try to restart ur network router, disable and enable ur network in the pc.

7. Even though if nothing had worked then restart ur system.

8. I'm sure that this step could anyway help u... goto start-->run-->msconfig.exe-->services ---> enable these services, workstation, tcp/ip netbios helper, net logon, network connections, network local awareness, ntlm security support, remote auto access.., remote access connection, routing and remote access, remote procedure call (RPC) locator, remote procedure call, windows firewall, internet connection sharing, performance logs and alerts, terminal services, web client, and network provisioning service. now restart ur system.

9.Now even u couldn't do that then goto msconfig and serivces tab and disable all ur firewalls and again restart ur system.

10. This is the final step that i could tell u to solve... Try reinstalling the ethernet driver if needed and better install the same driver u have worked on till now, if not try other one..

Now u didn't get it ?? Then it's definitely due to virus, spam or some other malfunctioning, u better take ur laptop to some expert like me or goto ur network administrator or ur Internet network service provider(ISP)
